ENTRY FEE

Entry fee into league is $100. Money will be distributed as follows:

• $400 awarded to Overall Points Winner
• $100 to Overall Points runner-up
• $100 awarded to the Weekly Head-to-Head Winner

DRAFT

Each owner will draft five (5) drivers; one driver in each of the five rounds. You are drafting the driver NOT the car. The drafting order will be set by picking numbers randomly and that number will determine your drafting order. Drivers not drafted will make up the Free Agents Pool. Trading of your draft spot is permitted, however the transaction fee will be $5 for both teams (fee will go into the free agents pool). Drafting will go as follows:

• 1st Round: 1 – 6
• 2nd Round: 6 – 1

QUALIFYING

The qualifying fee each week is $1 and the money will go to the winner with the lowest team score. The score is determined by adding the position of your drivers together and the team with the lowest score wins. In the event of a tie, the team who has the highest qualifier will be the winner. Winnings from qualifying will be given out at the end of the season. When qualifying is rained out, qualifying will be carried over to the following race. There are instances where a driver may not be able to qualify, but you get still get the position:

• If the driver starts in the race. For example, Kenny Wallace qualifies for Carl Edwards because of travel issues, but Carl still starts in the race, you get the qualifying position.
• THE KURT BUSCH RULE: If the driver is unable to qualify and race due to a death in family, fired, suspended or injured on the way to the track DURING RACE WEEKEND, you can still earn the position and points for a price of $2 that will go to the free agents pool. This gives you a one week “free pass” to get position and points of the replacement driver. If driver is not back after one week, it is up to the owner to manage his team. ***This rule doesn’t apply to drivers who are hurt or killed in a race and/or fired in the middle of the week.***

GETTING YOUR POINTS

Teams will receive the same amount of points your drivers get after each race. For drivers not running for the championship, points will be added for the position they finish. If a driver is penalized at any point during the season and loses points, you lose the points. If the driver was on your team for the period he is penalized, you lose the points even if he is no longer on your team. Points will be added together on a weekly basis throughout the season establishing your Overall Points total.

BONUS POINTS

Teams will have an opportunity to earn an additional 10 points for 'specialty' races. The team who has the winning driver will receive these points. Points earned will not go towards head-to-head matchups. Specialty races include the Shootout, Duel races, and the All-Star race.

HEAD-TO-HEAD

Regular season consists of Weeks 1-33 and the playoffs will be Weeks 34-36. Teams will use all five drivers to get points and the team with the most points wins. If a tie occurs, the team who completed the most laps takes the victory. The top two teams will get a bye week, other teams play in bracket style. In the event of a tie for seeding, head-to-head records between teams will determine the higher seed. If that too does not determine the winner, the team with the most points in head-to-head competition will be declared the winner.

MID-SEASON DRAFT

There will be three (3) mid-season drafts. These draft will take place following RACE 9, RACE 18, and RACE 27. Each team will drop two (2) drivers for the 1st and 3rd mid-season drafts, three (3) for the 2nd mid-season draft from their roster to be added to the Free Agents pool. A draft will take place with the draft order determined by the Overall Point standings. The team with the lowest point total drafts first, team with highest point total drafting last. Draft order will reverse in following rounds.

DUN BLEW UP

Team(s) who have the lowest point total will owe $1. More than one team can earn this honor weekly. Money will go towards the Cup Champion fund.

TRADES & DROP/ADD

All trades and drop/add transactions will be $2 per driver. Transactions will be closed at 12 p.m. on the day of qualifying and will reopen after 12 p.m. Monday. All transactions are to be made via the web site under “Make a Trade”. Trades between teams must be of equal number of drivers. As for all drop/add transactions, you drop one driver and pick one up from Free Agents pool, $2, you drop two drivers and pick two up from the pool, $4, and so on. All money collected for trades will be given to the team with the Cup Champion.
